Cruz Auto & Fleet Services was built on hard work, experience, and a lifelong passion for automotive repair.
Our Story
Carlos Cruz, the founder of Cruz Auto & Fleet Services, discovered his passion for working on vehicles at a young age. He began his mechanical career in 1994 in El Salvador, gaining hands-on experience and developing the skills that would shape his future.
In 1998, Carlos moved to the United States in search of greater opportunity. After the birth of his daughter in 2003, he made the decision to relocate his family to Las Vegas in 2006, determined to turn his lifelong dream into reality.
With the support of his family — including a $2,500 loan from his father-in-law — Carlos took the leap and opened Cruz Auto & Fleet Services. After years of working for other companies and repairing buses, fleet vehicles, and personal cars, he knew it was time to build something of his own.
Today, Carlos is living that dream: owning and operating a trusted, family-run vehicle service business that serves fleets and drivers across Las Vegas.

I’ve been working on vehicles for more than 20 years, and I still take pride in every repair we do. Every day, I make a promise to myself to always satisfy the customer — whether that means getting a fleet vehicle back on the road fast or making sure a customer fully understands the work being done.
